Visitor Visa 
You can go to U.S. to attend school,
participate in cultural exchange program or as exchange visitor.
Normally medical doctors from India go on J-1 to persue their medical residency. There is
no quota restriction for J-1. Certain non-profit organizations recognised by the U.S.
government are also facilitating exchange visitor program and thus you are entitled for
J-1 Visa.
If you are eligible for J-1 visa, your spouse and unmarried children
under the age of twenty one can automatically get J-1 visa.
These days it is difficult to convince U.S. embassy for even J-1
visa which is normally issued against IAP-66 form but it is better to take our guidance to
appear before the U.S. embassy for J-1 if you have IAP-66 form.
